Heather Christie has coached and consulted with hundreds of companies and addressed thousands of people in her talks and workshops throughout the US and other countries around the globe. Heather has worked for more than 20 years in the fields of law, politics and business. She was recently published in “Bootstrap Business” along with other popular business authors and speakers including Jack Canfield and Tom Hopkins.
She speaks to executives and entrepreneurs on the subjects of Personal and Professional Development. Her engaging presentations and seminars on “Strategic Streamlining”, Leadership, and Influence produce effective changes and long-term results.
Prior to founding her ActionCOACH business coaching firm in Southwest Florida, Heather was a Partner in a prominent 100 attorney law firm in Chicago. During her law practice, Heather had a successful career in legislative and regulatory law and represented some of the top companies in the world. She focused on health care, energy and business issues.
Heather works primarily with small to mid-sized privately held companies to improve performance. She has conducted high level consulting assignments with multi-million dollar corporations using her proprietary strategic planning methodology called “strategic streamlining”. She specializes in executive retreats, leveraging results through team engagement.
As a certified business and executive coach and trainer, she was recently elected by over one thousand of her peers to receive the “Global Coaches’ Choice Award”, which is given out each year to the top coach in the ActionCOACH Organization. She was also recently recognized as the North American Sales Coach of the Year. She enjoys training other business coaches from all over the world. Heather has traveled the globe and has presented before audiences from the United States to Europe to the FijiIslands. Heather is happily married to her husband, Paul, and is mom to 3 rescue cats and a charity auction Puggle puppy. She is very active in the community and serves as the Treasurer on the Board of Directors for the Greater Fort Myers Fort Myers, Florida. Chamber of Commerce and Blessings in a Backpack. She also serves on The Executive Leadership Team for the American Heart Association. She is the President of two companies headquartered in Ft. MyersFlorida.
